Pragmatic overhaul

The previous design… I overdid it.

This time, the website is generated from data stated in YAML and formatted by a normal templating language. The combo is not as fancy as the previous attempt, but it should save me the joy of rediscovering my own code.

As for the organizational side of the project, after looking at the sterile interface of machine-generated lists, I realized that stating the meaning of each link – why the reader might be interested in it – enrich the publication greatly. Therrefore, I have now added my commentary to each section of this publication.
